3.  Do you have Adobe
     Reader?
 Web files cannot be
“read” by your computer unless you have a
program to make them “readable”!

Adobe PDF files are a nearly universal file format
that is used for instruction manuals, brochures,
specifications, and much more. We use them on
this site!

To read Adobe PDF files, you need to install the free Adobe Reader program.
Click the test box at right to see if you already have Adobe Reader. You will see a test page if you already have it.

If you don’t already have Adobe Reader, you can install it free by clicking on the "Get Adobe Reader" logo on the right.
4.  Do you have Java? Java is a programming language that permits us to write small programs to do many tasks on our webpages. Your computer needs the free Java download to understand and use these pages. By clicking the “Java” icon, you can get a free checkup to verify your Java version, and, if you need it you can download and install the latest Java version from Sun Microsystems.

5.  Why do I get Warnings? What should I do about them? The warnings, like the one pictured below, are a normal part of security on your browser. They come up when a web page asks your computer to do tasks that are beyond plain browser display. The warnings are to protect you from bad sites which try to sneak spyware and other "malware" into your PC. We don't do that! Our site uses ActiveX and other tools to give you all the info you need in an easy to access way.

When you get a warning on this site, usually, you can simply ignore it. You can click on the warning, and permit the active content to be displayed. You will need to permit these to see movies and animations! We carefully monitor our site, and you can be assured that we will never permit spyware or other programs that could damage your system!
